All products must be prepaid before they will be shipped. You may pay with Credit Card,Debit Card or Electronic Check, using the Pay Pal Shopping Cart.

Shipping: Most orders will be shipped 1 week to 10 days.
Shipping charges are generally $4.00 per cassette and $5.00 per compact disc (CD)
"In Stock" orders will ship 2-3 days

NOTE: Please DO NOT write me for information. I'm sorry but I cannot answer this type of mail. I do not have a catalog. Most all of my music is listed on my site and new products are added almost daily. If you do not have a computer your local library probably has one you can use.

Policy: Rarely, but occasionally you may receive a product that is defective by the manufacturer..If it is a manufacturer defect we will replace or substitute if returned within 10 days..A manufacturer's defect in a cassette is one that is advertised as a certain artist but the cassette is by someone else other than that artist, or the tape drags.
Tapes that jam or break are NOT manufacturing defects.
You can prevent jamming or breaking by cleaning your player regularly, and always take your finger and tighten up the tape before playing.

I realize that accidents do happen and I will work with you if at all possible in correcting a mistake.
If you accidentally order the wrong product, or 2 of a product when you only want one:
Please contact me by e-mail immediately and I can fix the problem BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED.
